Shipping policy

We endeavour to ship orders the same or the day following order and payment confirmation. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Our aim is to get your order to you within 2-3 working days (North Island) and 3-5 days (South Island), however some remote and rural areas may take a little longer.

If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track your parcel.

When ordering, please specify a physical delivery address as couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.

If you are not going to be at the delivery address when our courier calls and you would like the parcel to be left, please note this and the location for the parcel to be left, in the 'Comments' box when ordering.
